I ran water notice was was very very low.I contacted Austin Co. they came out to finish work turn switch back on. Same thing happened Contacted Austin again spoke with Lou Ann and Matt. they sent Darby well co. out they said it was trash in my line and I had a 2" well and nothing they did caused me to have very low water pressure and my well was old. But I've been living here since 1999.And never had a problem. Except purchasing a new tank. Now they refuse to take the blame.I asked for ower no. They keep saying he's never in. But won't give message to him. But be watchful of bid co. Now I'm stuck with very low water pressure until I search other avenues. Don't know what else to do waiting on WBTV Channel 3 to do my complaint.
