  We needed our air ducts cleaned and sanitized prior to our baby being born. We ended up delivering early and they worked with us to get things done before we brought our sweet girl home. We cannot say enough about Willie Bowman. He asked how our sweet girl was doing and he even brought diapers when he came to work on our ducts! This company has a wonderful small town neighbor feel and they did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our ducts. They even have a cleaning service that comes in after they finish to do deep clean. Will definitely be using again!

  Water line leak. Insurance tried to deny but CAROLINA PRO RESTORATION. Refused to stop mitigation and continued communication with desk manager and supervisor. End result mitigation completed and reconstruction flawless!

  Absolutely fantastic service from Zachary and the team at Carolina Pro Restoration. So glad I found them - we’ll never go to anyone else for another home project. They helped us fix and reseal several rotting /damaged areas of wood around our window dormers, along with several other touchups around the exterior of our house. They knocked it all out in one day, super fast - very reasonably priced. The windows look good as new - very neat, clean, professional job. We can’t wait to have them come back and restore our front door!
