  My family had an unsatisfactory annual cleaning done and the company immediately sent out a new technician to make things right. Briley came out and with the best attitude and friendliness did an A++ job and made everything just right - he was courteous, professional and friendly. Thanks again Briley for your hard work and you are most definitely an asset to your company - they are fortunate to have someone with integrity to do quality work with a friendly and professional attitude.

  We initially thought we had a small leak, but it turned out to be far worse than anyone expected. After spending thousands of dollars with previous contractors who we believed had done the work correctly, we unfortunately discovered significant issues due to neglect. From the very beginning, Quality Services has gone above and beyond. When I first spoke with the owner, Chris, he assured me that someone would show up on time and provide exactly what we needed—and they absolutely delivered on that promise. Harold and Brookes have been phenomenal, and Clyde has been incredible in helping us navigate everything. He stayed in constant communication, which meant so much as I’ve had to manage this situation from afar for my mom. I can’t express the level of comfort and reassurance I’ve had knowing this team truly cares. They’ve gone the extra mile, even staying as late as 9 PM to get the job done. Highly recommend this company for their professionalism, communication, and dedication.

  Chase was very respectful of my home and family he was kind enough to remove shoes (QSC might want to invest in employee shoe protectors, Chase asked if we had any concerns after completing service Chase checked thermostat and return duct.

  The entire crew of our generator install went above and beyond in being respectful and courteous to us, to our home and to the area of our landscape where the generator sits. We are very impressed with Quality Service Company and look forward a continued professional relationship with them in keeping our equipment running properly and safely.
