  My husband and I were really excited to get our floors done by someone local and the owner (or worker/ whoever we met) seemed great… well it’s been anything but smooth. First our project got pushed back multiple times with little communication. (Have texts to prove) I’ve been around the flooring business for 15 years so I thought nothing of it things happen right… Well our floors finally got put in and loved it! Great color vinyl and only took a few days. All was great until we started realizing our floor was uneven and coming up?! And then there was more and more and MORE spots where there are multiple ‘bumps’ and unevenness. Well again we thought ‘things happen’ so we contact the store back in SEPTEMBER and eventually they come out and look at it and “roll” it again. WELL… nothing since. We’ve had calls and emails dodged left and right for months. It is now December and we are being told it will not be till after Christmas till someone can come LOOK at it again. Seriously so sad and disappointing as we are trying to get everything fixed up before we move. Don’t even know what we are going to do now as we spent thousands and continue to get short responses and push back. (Hard to show bumps on pictures but you can see the dark line across here and you can feel them easily). An update since I wrote this: I had to walk in and get the warranty which we had been waiting 2 days for after being told they were being sent. This is all just so frustrating and I hate writing a low star review but I’m just at a loss now for what to do. Our floors never did this before and the only reason we had to get them replaced was due to water damage from a pipe burst. Willing to update this review with a good one once this is resolved. Since the owner commented: He never spoke with me yes because I am in school all day while my husband works so I apologize that we are not able to take off work to resolve problems that shouldn’t exist. I will gladly call him ASAP. I wish I could tomorrow but I am trying to enjoy my graduation while my family is in town. Will post pictures of the emails not being answered by his staff if he would like. I am really not trying to cause anyone ill and have no ill wishes… we just want our floors to look as good as they did before. :( also I will gladly give the owner as I did his workers the code to our house and Mr. Neal is welcome to come any time we just may not be home. ( as we have to go care of family during the holidays)

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have a home that will be 4 years old in June. I am the second owner.. Neal's flooring laid the floor with NO moisture barrier! Confirmed by a professional company... my floors are coming up every where in my new home.. Neal's flooring owner came over to look and said yeah well this company told us we didnt have to use moisture barrier .. we live in the south !!! The floor was put over a cement slab.. if you want floors to last you more than a couple years ... DO NOT use this sorry excuses company if i could attach pictures I would... we have contacted a lawyer.. but shouldn't have to.. this company should make good on their flooring
