Confirmed by a professional company... my floors are coming up every where in my new home.. Neal's flooring owner came over to look and said yeah well this company told us we didnt have to use moisture barrier .. we live in the south !!! The floor was put over a cement slab.. if you want floors to last you more than a couple years ... DO NOT use this sorry excuses company if i could attach pictures I would... we have contacted a lawyer.. but shouldn't have to.. this company should make good on their flooring
