- RWRegena WildmanDec 21, 20252.0I wanted to write this review, because we've had the same issue since this was addressed a month ago. While the technician was friendly, he didn't really fix our issue. When he arrived he didn't have a long enough drain snake, poured some chemicals in the sink and returned the next morning. However, he only sent the longer drain a couple of passes and said it could be a more involved issue. We understand that that is possible, but, after paying over $400 we would expect the issue to be fixed and/or last longer than a month.

He is knowledgeable, extremely courteous and professional and answers all questions thoroughly when explaining the issue. I am grateful Meetze Plumbing has employees like Eli. I have always had great service from Meetze, the customer service is excellent and they show up when they say they will and get the job completed.

I was told $489 to unclog a washer drain, which sounds riciulous to me but I'm not a plumber. Agreed to pay, dude worked about an hour and told me he couldn't unclog the drain. Still charged $200 to NOT solve the problem. I get that time is money, but I just got shafted out of $200 to watch a guy fail for an hour
