  Vicky leaving this review on my husband's account- We've had a very good experience buying a new home from this builder. This is our fourth time purchasing a new construction home. Our first contact was with Laine, the delightful listing agent who was great and she had excellent communication with our realtor Alex. Along the process of buying and going through home inspections and orientations we had the pleasure to meet the rest of the team Joseph, Brandon, Katrina and even met their boss. Brandon in particular has had a very quick response time and was reassuring to us and fixed things right away. Along the way when buying any home or new construction there will be things that can come up immediately and over the first year. The important thing is how it's handled. Even now after closing they're still working with us.This team has been fantastic! It has been our experience that promises made have been promises kept. Brandon and Katrina have had excellent communication with us throughout the process and worked with us in any concerns we have had and taken care of them. So grateful to them. We were told very positive things about this builder when we were looking for a home and have not been disappointed. Also, compared to other new home builders we feel that the upgrades and even things already included were much better than their competition. We love our new home and are excited about living in Easley and this cute community. So far everyone we've met has been so nice. Thank you to this great team for all of your efforts and kindness along the way. We would definitely recommended them.

  Overall, it is okay. Many details have been overlooked for a new build that need to be fixed. However, warranty requests are ignored without even an acknowledgement of receipt after a buisness week. Considering there is an expiration on the warranty, it would be nice to at least receive a response. Hopefully, they will eventually acknowledge the request was received and fix the issues that need to be repaired. There were definitely some cut corners, obvious use of left-over wood that is damaged and used for trim, and a few issues that show lack of attention to quality. Numerous neighbors have also reported similar issues. Additionally, the HOA is slow to approve requests (which you must pay for) and have not done anything noticeable in the community or build the park as promised.
