  Kelly Hickman and Ben Harrelson from VINES did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. They were on time, professional, courteous, and left the work site completely clean. They were very helpful in explaining what needed to be known and offered their phone numbers if I never needed questions answered in the future. Manager “John” was my first point of contact and with his patience and expertise discussing my situation, I decided to choose Vines for my service.   Everyone from Vines has been helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive working with me throughout a stressful emergency hot water heater fail and subsequent flooding. Kelly Hickman and his shadow/intern Matthew, replaced the water heater and were professional, respectful and polite. Kelly took the time to explain everything to me and he got our water back on quickly. That was very important as I am the sole caretaker for my disabled sister. Clean hot water is essential for her care. Brenden and Matt started removing ruined flooring while the plumbing work was in progress. They were patient and efficient and answered my many questions. Mark McMullan went out of his way to help me navigate through this stressful process and answered all my questions and even enlightened me about steps I didn’t know to ask about. These folks have helped make this unpleasant situation a little easier. Thank you Vines!

  Hired the Vines team to replace my HVAC system and install 2 mini split systems. I am beyond pleased with all aspects of this transaction. The salesman went over our old system, listened to what issues we were having and suggested remedies for the issues. He did not know it, I was a plumber with HVAC experience. His suggestions were right on the mark. The installation crew was phenomenal. Once again, they explained the complete installation process to me and gave me options, where applicable, so my system would be custom tailored to me. They were on time, courteous, and very clean. Everything is installed straight and level and works great in this 90 degree plus weather. Our comfort is beyond what we expected. They are truly quality craftsmen. I would not hesitate to hire the Vines team and I plan on using their services on future upgrades to my home. Thank you for a great experience!

  My experience with Jonathan was professional, friendly, and very informative explained things to me that I was not previously aware of. He taught me something about what was important. and very easy to pick the right HVAC system for my home. I thought pricing was very fair and reasonable. I am looking forward to my future dealings with both Jonathan and Vines.

  If I could 0 stars I definitely would!!! My family had a house fire. Vines had a partnership with the boarding crew who boards up the homes after a fire. We decided to go with them due to it being convenient and how friendly they were in the beginning. CRDN is a content team who comes in and take out any furniture, clothing, shoes, etc. we notified Vines and the CRDN team we would like to keep all clothing, and shoes. We wanted everything in our closet due to it not being affected. It was concluded by the fire team we could wash our clothing and shoes and it would be salvageable. Demolition had started and when I returned to my home all of our valuables were discarded!!! All of my childrens shoes, husbands shoes which he collected, and all of my shoes, and purses I collected were discarded along with other items. They were high priced items. The restoration team was notified and Rich himself told me and my husband their insurance company would take care of it. However, they kept trying to persuade us to just file it under insurance. My husband did not want to because he feel as if Vines was negligent and they should be held responsible. We’ve told them on two different occasions of why items we wanted to keep. CRDN came and got our remaining salvageable furniture after demolition started. Why remove all of our high price valuables and “discard it” but left our salvageable furniture in the children’s room? The owner Rick was very unprofessional and stated they will not take responsibility. Yes my husband signed a contract stating the company wasn’t responsible for valuables however, that has limitations. The proper procedure would have been to wait until CRDN has all of our valuables, items, furniture, everything out of the home. Do NOT recommend!!!
