We had second floor clog that caused the washer to flood the upstairs bathroom and water went through the kitchen ceiling below. John came out on a Sunday afternoon and took care of the clog. We needed to mitigate the damage, so Brenden and Ruben started working on removing damaged materials and setting up drying equipmen. They documented everything throughout the process for insurance purposes. Mark also stopped by to get more information for mitigation and insurance purposes. So, far we are very happy with the the services they have provide from multiple departments.
Nick and Ruben also previously readjusted our tankless water heater mount we were well satisfied with that work as well, which is why we called for our current issues.
My Husband and I went to the Home Show last week and we talked to Landon about getting a service for our ac and heating system. Our house is only 3 years old but we wanted to make sure everything was good. He found no cutoff switch and other things wrong that our builder did see to do. Landon fix everything so we would not have any other issues. He was kind and professional and understanding. Also I need to mention his partner Reuben also descale our hot water unit and found things that was not completed when we had someone come out an did it for us a few months ago. Thanks to Landon and Reuben we feel so much better in our decision to go with Vines Heating and Air. Thanks so much for your help!!!

Thank you for your expedient services. You have done a LOT of work for us and we appreciate it. My only criticism would be that Michael, your representative, told me that the 'hydro-irrigation machine' would be an extra $600. Bit of a difference from $836. Know that I signed my name but will be honest to say that I did not see an itemized bill. I was handed a cell phone and asked to sign on a 'signature page.' Please know I'm not making a big gripe. Michael was great, cordial and informative. You guys are always prompt and get the job done. Of course, this was more expensive than I wanted it to be but, isn't it always? Thanks again for all you guys do.

Valentine’s Day 2026 is one we won’t forget — and thankfully, neither will we forget the incredible service from Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration!
We arrived at our home to begin the process of de-winterizing for the season. The moment we turned the water on, a geyser of water shot out from the side of the house — clearly a broken pipe. No water. Total chaos. And on Valentine’s Day!
We called a few local companies, but no one could help. Feeling completely “in a bind,” we reached out to Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration — and we are so glad we did.
Ruben Aguirre showed up nearly two hours before our scheduled appointment. After being without water for almost 24 hours, seeing him pull up felt like a Valentine’s Day miracle. He was calm, friendly, and immediately reassuring. He clearly explained the repair process, set expectations, and even told us approximately when he would be wrapping up.
We ended up heading out to our Valentine’s Day dinner unshowered and wearing the same clothes as the day before — but we went with total confidence that we were in good hands.
When the check came at dinner, I received a text from Ruben letting us know the repair was complete and the water could be turned back on. That level of communication and professionalism meant everything to us.
We truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Ruben went above and beyond, and Vines Heating, Plumbing, and Restoration has earned customers for life. The next time we find ourselves “in a bind,” they will be our first call!

We recently had problems with our factory installed water heater. Which was manufactured by Rheem. Vines came out, diagnosed the problem, contacted Rheem, made arrangements to fix our problem. I suggested that Rheem use Vines for our repairs. We were set up at Riverfest last year as a vendor. My husband went to get food, came back, reported Vines Heating and Plumbing, was actually praying in a circle around their set up. The whole team has been wonderful to work with. Rick Vibe owner, actually contacted me, help me through the process, more then once. I talked to him, day and night. Rick actually prayed with me over the phone, with some family illness and death of my brother in law. How many companies do you see doing this? Providing this high level of service?? It’s pretty much unheard of in the Myrtle Beach/ Conway area.
