    To the rescue for my plumbing issue was Eric Clay, who, by the way, arrived within one hour of my initiating a much needed service call. Beyond his expertise at a quick resolution of the issue, he was very engaging to share upcoming Thanksgiving recipies as well as go over Vines preventative maintenance options. No high pressure sales, just educated me on what was available. I did make a selection right for me that will provide service and peace of mind. Eric was a great ambassador for Vines services.

    Vines did not disappoint. Scheduling the install of our new smart thermostat, despite our limited availability, was easy and quick. Stacey was professional in every way while accommodating our timeframe. Chris, the tech, who was sent to our home to do the installation, was professional, efficient and very respectful. Once installed, he took the time to fully explain the ins and outs of our new thermostat. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Vines!

    Nick installed my new essency water heater and halo water filtration system. He answered my questions and showed me everything I needed to know about the new units. He had me save a glass of my water pre halo and then had me compare it to the new halo filtered water - my water tastes much better.

    My technicians Nick Ryan and Ruben Aguirre were amazing. Best men for the job they could have sent. Very professional, kind, expert knowledge, and kept a clean work place. They were able to install a new water heater for my family after ours died a few days ago. As they worked they were also kind enough to pet our dog and play with my 2 year old little boy. He enjoyed watching them work and interrupt them with sword fighting. They did a job well done and we appreciate their hard work! Thank you Ruben and Nick!

    Eric was great but I have a problem with what I was charged for him to just fill up sink and flush line with that water which fixed problem. The $75 for service call was expected but $181 for him to just fill up my sink which must have dislodged whatever the clog was is a bit much. Then he did what he was suppose to by telling me about your yearly service a fees. After my crazy cost for basically nothing it would make me think twice about doing business with Vines. My problem was fixed but the cost seemed very high
