- CPCLP PropertiesOct 3, 20255.0I had a shower door and stationary panel installed. JP did a very nice job. He reviewed the install with me. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. All packaging and debris was removed. When the install was complete he went over it with me and made sure I was happy. Thank you!
- JDJudy DunawayApr 10, 20255.0Our home is almost 30 years old and we noticed we didn't feel as cool/warm (with AC/heat on) as we had in the past. We contacted TCI to inspect our attic. Zach found several places in our insulation that thru the years had packed or shifted leaving several gaps. He coordinated the work to our schedule and TCI added several batts of new blown insulation. Work was done superbly and quickly and even with the cold winter and snow we had, our home was warmer and our power bill was the lowest in several years. Highly recommend TCI for you insulation needs.

It has to be a 1… Communication is horrible, I called the office and ask for a manager to call me several times over the course of two weeks and did not get one response back. The “field manager“ never responds or gets back to you with texts phone calls or emails either. Nor did he really remember sending somebody to my house to fix the problem or year and a half ago. Then try blaming it on somebody else. (JP) if anybody has questions about details you can reach out to me. I’m posting this publicly. I had gutters done by them also and they didn’t want payment until the project was complete. Now that there’s an issue with my shower door., they want payment upfront. Apparently they don’t trust the customer.. Other than that, good luck with this company. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
