  UPDATE #2 All of the work was completed and tested by a 3rd party. 3rd party did agree that the issue was caused by and incorrect install, likely of the side mount kit for the air-handler. I won't say it's common in new build construction, but it happens more often in new builds than not. But the fact is, everything was repaired and was tested, and so far is functioning wonderfully! I appreciate Ken working with us to get everything taken care of quickly. UPDATE! Ken (regional op manager) reached out shortly after I posted this review and we're currently working on getting things fixed! Will update with a new review after it's all fixed. AJ was AMAZING! Very respectful, helpful and informative. The regional operations manager however (don't have a name) was HORRIBLE! AJ came to a warranty call for Lennar. Fogel did the install like they do for most Lennar homes in this area. We were told on the phone when we called that we'd be charged for the service call if the issue was determined to be a "homeowner maintenance" issue. We told them to come on out, because we know it's not a maintenance issue. AJ comes out, determines it's an install issue, tells his office it's an install issue, we need to get them on the schedule to get this fixed this week. He's patched it up the best he could while he was here to get us through until someone could come fix it. This was Sunday 3/8/26. Monday late afternoon we get a call from our "customer care representative" from Lennar telling us the regional operations manager is refusing to fix it because it was our fault. Dude never even came to my house!! The tech that came out determined the issue and cause but the guy who controls the money said NOPE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK AND WILL BLAME YOU IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO IT!
