- MEMONICA EVANS5 days ago1.0Whoever this Dee lady is or Danaysha....she is completely rude and disrespectful. I called in to inquire about a repair svc and this lady acted like I was bothering her. When I asked about the different times windows offered she rudely asked me "Do i want to schedule a service or not because she has other customers waiting?" I dont care who is waiting. When you are currently engaged with a possible client, you work with that client until they are done asking questions or scheduling a service. I will definitely not recommend this company solely bc of that rude lady

I had to contact them for the quote after the visits and the deposit payment when I ready to book. I waited for a call, per Dane for 4 days. I called and was told that he didn't give the office my quote which was for $12,875.00. I was placed on hold for them to contact him for approval. I requested a payment link in lieu of giving my card number over the phone and the woman got upset. I ended my call with her and contacted Dane. I received a payment link with a quote with no business information or SC license information. Upon following up, I asked them to add it and to verify that they are pulling the required permit for the installation but the ladies in the office don't know much. We didn't receive follow up calls from Dane Nelsen owner. I had to select another company. There reviews appear to be for replacements and repairs.
