  Our 26 year old system was thoroughly evaluated by Antonio including photos and videos from the crawlspace under the house. He arrived on time. The issues were discussed and questions professionally answered. Ryan was reached by phone to set expectations on what to anticipate regarding next steps. Michael came to the house a few days later to do a full onsite evaluation and discuss options. We decided the new system would go in the attic with all new ducts and vents placed in the ceiling. Krista provided a copy of the financial information and an outline of what system was going to be installed. She answered my many questions accurately. Richie and Tristen were competent, considerate, and thoughtful HVAC installers. They arrived within the window given, worked diligently all day, and cleaned up after themselves before heading home. Richie was especially kind. They ensured everything was working to specifications before heading out at the end of the week. We are a married couple who has done all of our own home repairs and major renovations for all of our adult lives and in our many different homes. It was a huge step to trust this massive install to a group of strangers. In the end, their combined level of knowledge, attentiveness, responsiveness, and dedication to their craft was at an unparalleled level of excellence.

  Great experience with Stoudenmire! I had a piece of equipment installed recently and the two techs doing the job were excellent! Martin Cabrera and Hunter Schloemp were both extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Additionally, they were very patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend Stoudenmire!!

  Hello, good afternoon. I like how Hector and Jose work. They are Hispanic and are good workers, the best the company has because they do their job well and leave it very clean. I give them 100/10.

  The service tech was at our home promptly and evaluated our heat/AC unit. It is very old and has been on its last leg for many years now. He explained in great detail what repairs would run. He removed the cover and showed us extensive corrosion and damage to the electrical system and other components, and explained what would need to be done and the cost that would be involved. His assessment was in line with what others would charge. We only paid a nominal fee for his visit and assessment. He is referring us to his business office to discuss financial arrangements and to check if there are any incentive programs available to us. I have dealt with Stoudemire for at least the last four years, and they have always been above board and fair with us. I would recommend them to others.
