After my outdoor spigot completely failed, and a failed DIY attempt to fix it, I found myself in full panic mode. I made four frantic trips to Lowe’s trying to cap the line just so I could turn the water back on before my wife got home, and eventually realized I was in way over my head. I called three different plumbers who advertised emergency or urgent service, and all of them told me the earliest they could come out was Monday. Then I found CPS Plumbing. They answered the phone on the second ring at 4:30 PM on a Friday and said they were finishing another job nearby and could be at my house in 20 minutes. The situation was not simple. The pipe was extremely old, completely embedded behind a brick wall, and not easily accessible or replaceable. Robert and Justin took the time to carefully assess the problem, explained what was going on, and most importantly, had the exact tools needed to fix it properly. They replaced the damaged pipe end and installed a brand new, fully working spigot. They were patient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. CPS Plumbing absolutely saved the weekend, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable plumbing help.

My family owns a commercial building on Bluff Rd and our tenant had a major plumbing problem. We were referred to Joel at CPS Drain and Plumbing. He was able to solve an awful situation. Joel was on-time, created and executed the plan and the costs were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Joel and CPS for any plumbing issues. John Collins
