Took his time working with me Delivery Issue. Cabinets were 2 days late being delivered. Once they finally arrived, there was a misunderstanding as to the time the delivery would be at my house. My contractor ran out for an early lunch in order to be here when I thought the cabinets were to be delivered. Of course, the delivery driver arrived while he was gone. Driver called me & I told him I would call him right back after checking with my contractor. Before I could even call my contractor, the delivery driver called me back to tell me he opened my front door because it was unlocked and went inside to see if anyone was there... he entered me house without my permission!! I was shocked... I have never had a delivery person even try to open the door, much less go in! I did tell him to go ahead and put the boxes in the hallway since he had already gone in the house without permission. CAUTION: The delivery person may enter your house unauthorized.

We ended up cancelling the countertop order because they were going to take an additional 3 weeks to come in. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the refund. After the 2 weeks passed, I called to check the status and was told I needed to pay an additional $150 to get the $3000 back! Make it make sense. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The contractor we hired to put things back together did not perform, which delayed our reinstallation project about 3-4 weeks. We were desperate to find someone we could depend on to sell us the proper replacement cabinets and to install them properly as fast as possible. Since our old cabinets were installed several years ago by Cabinets to Go in Charlotte and had served us well, we contacted the Columbia Cabinets To Go store in Columbia on Two Notch Road. The staff there did an excellent job of getting our cabinet project completed in a timely manner and the entire process was handled with outstanding courtesy, understanding, competence and support! This Cabinets To Go store employees and their product cannot be beat or probably matched. We will be eternally grateful to them for coming to our rescue!
