    This company is terrible!!! Their technician was totally unprofessional and incompetent!! He came out and first tried to tell us the leak was under the concrete slab. When we told him we knew the leak was in the wall he became argumentative. Turns out the leak was in the wall and then he said he couldn’t fix until we had ductwork removed. We called an AC guy who said there was no reason for that. Then the Aero technician came back out he didn’t even try to fix the leaking pipe which was exposed and had easy access and left without turning the water to the house back on. Their service manager John did call and attempt to correct the situation but we had already called another plumber. The second plumber came out and said it was no problem to fix and ductwork was not in the way. I will never use them again and will be letting everyone I know not to use them. It may have been the technician but he is the face of their business in the field.

    Had drain problems in both bathrooms in the toilets and the tubs.Aero Plumbing sent Brandon out to our house.He found the problem very quickly. Something two other plumbers could not do. It was kind and very nice to communicate with.

    We had a main water line break that had us without water for days. We have a third party insurance policy for our exterior water line. They contacted Aero Plumbing to complete the repair. Each person at Aero was thorough, patient, and had the “we will make this work” attitude that you want to experience when without water! In particular, Brandon and his supervisor were able to communicate with the third party to make sure all services were covered. Brandon completed this job with encouraging words, “Our job is to make sure you have running water, and you will by the end of today”, regardless of whether not the third party was going to cover it or not. They understood that the customer (me) came first. I cannot recommend them enough! And…they followed up next day to make sure everything was running smoothly and to assure me that all services were covered. Well done, Aero Plumbing, and Brandon!

    We had the technician Brandon come to our house because we had water seepage from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling and into the living room. Brandon diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He had good communication and the price was fair. Looks like we found us a new plumbing service.
