- ETErnest Thacker4 days ago5.0Our service guy is Art Goose we love him only tech we want to come out for anything does a great job ,explains everything in details of the problems and what is needed , takes pictures of everything he does ,never in a hurry and gets the job done before him we had 3 company's come out to check our air conditioner and they all found different things found wrong but never fixed the problem in 100% weather and we called 2nd wind and Art came out and within 1hr found it was a blown fuse and saved us money so we cancelled the maintenance contract we had with the one company and went with 2nd and could not be happier their maintenance plan is well worth it ask for Art he's great

Pleasant experience when expecting the worst.
