Horrible customer service. Receiving hounded me about being 1 min late when the BOL says receiving hours are 8:00/EDT - 16:00/EDT. Actually it’s 07:00/EST - 14:00/EST. They got it posted by the receiving door. Not to mention - driver assist. They didn’t even mention it to the broker.
