  Very efficient , placed call within an hour they where at my door . problem was evaluated and solved with a very reasonable price . If you are a do it your selfer dont be to embarrass to call an professional. Thanks for a great experience, keep up the good work 👏

  The team came in covered their shoes with out me asking which started the morning off GREAT! ALWAYS concerned about who comes to my home and if they been to these Condos because the unit is partially on the second story roof and partially in the attic. CRAZY DESIGNED 🤪 But Aaron and Jared had BOTH been here before. They were both very professional, quick, and mannerly. When asked about the service agreement and evaluation of their work I said, as long as my HVAC works 💪🏾 👷‍♀️ you got high marks from me. 2nd wind installed my unit 5years ago. I dont follow yall around for the inspection. Not going in my attic and sure aint going on top of the roof! Thank you for your fine continued service and congratulations to NEAL on his promotion in the office.

  Great and professional service. Customer service called me early Monday morning after I filled out a service call on the website late Saturday night. Technician showed up early. I had a damaged part and the technician explained to me it was not under warranty. Took the time to show me the cost of the part and also explained the member program to me. Made recommendations on my service as well. Highly recommended. Will definitely use services again as a member.

  They wanted to charge me almost $400 just to do a toilet auger and then it would be more than that if they had to pull the toilet up I had a whole new toilet replaced and labor for that much. Wound up not getting anything done just pay the $99 just for him to tell me to cost me $400 to plunge it out

  .We have had service with 2nd Wind for over 30 years. It all started with John Fling, who was wonderful, and always did an outstanding job. Then a move to Lake Wateree brought us Neal, Matt, Kyle and now Jared. All of them were excellent and the service provided to maintain our units was outstanding. Although Neal was a little expensive. Just kidding he took care installing 2 new units and a generator during his time here. Thank you to all of the guys who took care of us.
