  We have 20' ceilings in the main area of our home. A ceiling tile was damaged and had to be replaced. Leonard and his assistant completed the job in a timely manner. They had to install scaffolding requiring them to protect the wood floors beneath the scaffold set up. They were mindful of the potential damage to the floors and took much care to protect them and clean up once the job was done. This was a small job, but it was done with the same quality, craftsmanship, and care as a much larger one. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. Richard

  I would highly recommend Griffin Construction and Development. We couldn't be happier with the results of the enclosed sunroom they did for us. Not only is the work done right; it's done in a timely manner. Everyone is professional, friendly and skilled.

  Leonard did an excellent job replacing my AC compressor. He was very upfront about the issue, explained my options clearly and kept me informed the whole time. My system is running great now, and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for honest HVAC work

  The coils went bad on our A/C unit. Leonard was able to get the coils covered under warranty. He did a great job for us in a timely manner, would definitely recommend!

  Leonard Griffin is extremely professional and his work is amazing. He built my house and did all of the HVAC work. My family and I absolutely love it!
