  I’ve had the chance to work with Richard and his team on a few projects and I can honestly say they’re some of the most organized and down to earth people in the business. They take care of their clients, communicate clearly, and deliver beautiful homes. You can tell they love what they do and treat everyone with respect. If you’re looking for a company that’s professional but still feels personal, Impresa Modular Charleston is it!

  Kynslee’s Review Even though we weren’t able to move forward with our build I still wanted to leave a review because Richard was nothing but professional and patient through the entire process. He took time to answer every question, helped us look at different options, and really showed us what to expect. If circumstances were different we’d absolutely choose Impresa Modular Charleston to build our home. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants honesty and genuine guidance through the building process.

  The Parker brothers have been amazing to work with on our home! Richard Parker Jr., their CSO, has been incredible, patient, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything turns out right. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in every home they build. Highly recommend them!

  my experience was a 10 out of 10. Largely due to Mr. Richard Parker in the sales department. His professionalism and desire to help was the best I have ever seen. Excellent client service. He made me experience, fun and easy. I would definitely use again and would hire that young man in a heartbeat if I could.
