It was a refreshing experience to discuss our needs with Wendy and Billy, free from any high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to push more expensive products. They delivered on every promise, from measuring and quoting to the final installation. The installers were exceptional; they arrived and completed the job as scheduled, and even did a thorough cleanup. We are highly satisfied and will definitely be returning customers!   Thank you Wendy for helping us navigate the selection of flooring and coordinating the install. There was never any sales pressure and she answered all of our questions. Once we made the decision to go with Beasley, the scheduling was done and we left our home to them while we went on vacation. We received timely updates with photos on the progress. We had every floor replaced. Their installers did an amazing job installing the floors, new baseboards and trim. We had one small issue with one of the planks we recently discovered, and the installers showed up the next day and took care of it. They were super professional. I highly recommend Wendy, she takes care of her customers. We love our floors !!!
