  Steve with Coastal Air plus came out for my routine HVAC service. He gave me notice when he was on the way and let me know what time to expect him. Steve communicated great and kept me aware of what he was doing as he serviced my 2 units inside and outside. He was also very tolerant and friendly with my almost overly friendly large dog. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was thorough yet efficient and got the work done in a timely manner!

  We called Coastal Air to add heat & air to our new sunporch. Their estimator , Jay Hall came by and was able to find a workable solution by adding on to our existing system. He was very professional & knowledgeable and would highly recommend Jay and Coastal Air for anyone’s heating & air needs.

  Jay Hall and Quincy Fields did a great job from beginning to end! Setting up the appointment was easy, communication with them was excellent. They always took pride in every aspect of the work they were performing and they would carefully explain it and asked for approval before hand. They were very patient and took their time executing the work. Very pleased with the whole process and with their performance!

  Jay with Coastal Air Plus has been our regular service tech for a few years now and has always given us top notch service. He is punctual, professional, always on time and clear on what he is/will be doing. We are always appreciative of his suggestions and expertise.

  I am very pleased with Coastal Air for maintaining my HVAC system. I have had no problems with my HVAC system since I have been with Coastal Air. I would like to thank Jay Hall. He is a top notch HVAC technician who is very knowledgeable and professional. He has a high work ethic and went above and beyond to make sure that my HVAC system continues to function properly. Jay is also polite and friendly. Thank you, Jay and Coastal Air!
