While the building process took a lot longer than anticipated and there was a lot transfer we made, once Merri Beth Lumpkin took over in the office and Brandon and his team were onsite, things began to move smoothly with open, honest communication with us. Brandon is very responsive and called us with weekly updates, but was also available if we ever had questions come up. Merri Beth, Nicole, and the team in the office were on top of resolving any issues that came up.
