  Joshua was extremely friendly and provided a thorough explanation as to the problem I was having with two faucets. He showed me a relatively simple fix and where to get the part I needed online. I had expected to replace the faucets, so this was a significant savings. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

  Great service. Was plagued by low water pressure in old home in Charleston. Joe and team identified need for pump, did a quick install. Everything working great! Kudos too to the folks in the office who were great about working with my schedule and keeping me informed.

  I’ve now used two plumbing companies in Charleston, one of which I pay a monthly subscription for them to come out and do work for me whenever I need. But when I was given a ridiculous quote by my Subscription plumber I contacted All plumbing company for a second opinion. They were extremely reasonable compared to the first quote and my technician Zach was phenomenal. He was Extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and Honestly left the room. He was working in cleaner than when he got here. He let me hover over his shoulder (I can’t help it sometimes) And made sure that the install of our gas line in my kitchen was exactly how I wanted it exactly where I wanted it and he made it happen. I had him quote a couple other jobs while he was here And I plan to cancel my monthly subscription to the other plumbing company and use all plumbing company from here on. 10/10 Will use them again.

  All Plumbing was sent out through my home warranty company when my water heater went out, and it turned out I needed a full replacement. I truly thought the warranty would take care of everything, but that wasn’t the case, and I was left feeling completely overwhelmed. From the moment they came out, All Plumbing treated me with understanding and respect. Instead of giving me a scripted response or brushing me off, they actually listened and worked with me during a really stressful situation. They didn’t just replace my water heater they went above and beyond to help me when I truly needed it. That kind of empathy is rare these days. Most companies just follow policy and move on, but All Plumbing showed real compassion. As a single mom, what they did meant more than just fixing a problem it took a huge weight off my shoulders. They are the kind of family-oriented business that reminds you there are still good people out there. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone

  All Plumbing was called to my home to check out three fireplaces, to turn them on. I thought it best to have a professional do it, as the haven’t been used in 13 years. I also had the gas shut off temporarily on my stove to replace the counter top. The service rep, a very nice guy, but not licensed or certified did what he could and was able to get one of the three working properly and shut the gas on the stove off. He was there for just short of an hour. Again, his words as he called his office that he was there for “a little less than an hour”. No material cost for the job, an hour at my place and the charge was $1,164.00 . Yes over a thousand dollars. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Absolutely unbelievable, my neighbor walked over and asked what o was having done, I explained and he gave me his plumber. He just left and for $340 he rebooked my stove and turned it on, located the igniter on the fireplace All Plumbing could not was able to put a new switch on the third fireplace All couldn’t do as well. Clearly, I suggest you stay clear of All Plumbing, not only ridiculous pricing but truly not qualified either.
