  Kent was great and explained everything very well and seemed really knowledgeable in what he was talking about. After he did all the tests on our water, it’s not a question on if but when we will get a filtration system installed. We have a lot of house projects going on right now but we will definitely be getting one in the near future.

  Great company! Kevin spent as much time as needed to test the water and explain what kind of system would be best. He also helped find a suitable temporary location for the system in our current home so it can be easily moved once new house is completed, including offering to consult with my builder for placement and plumbing for new home. Installation was seamless and Kevin returned in a month to check the water quality and be sure everything was working properly. The office staff is great, as well, very responsive with any questions I had after install. Received quotes from 2 other companies, but felt most comfortable with QLS's products and support. Glad I chose them and highly recommend to anyone looking for a water softener/filtering system.

  Best water ever and the best service. Maintenance is always kindly inconvenient and just have to tell you I did not have to boil my water in Berkeley County because it got gross to say the least as it had sewage in the water. I still had good water to drink highly recommend this company and highly recommend you plan ahead so you get pure water. It’s better than bottle of water. It has no taste except for refreshing.

I came in with a complex situation, severely low source-water pH, elevated iron, and a persistent hydrogen sulfide odor. The water was untreated and genuinely unacceptable, and QLS handled it with the kind of professionalism and technical depth you rarely find. I'll be honest, I'm not an easy customer. I'm analytical, I ask a lot of questions, and I don't settle for vague answers or generic recommendations. Every person I dealt with at QLS rose to that standard without hesitation. Brian came out, tested the water thoroughly, walked me through exactly what was happening at the source level, and gave me a clear, science-based diagnosis with actionable recommendations. No salespitch BS. He didn't just quote me equipment, he explained the "why" behind every recommendation, including what would happen if we didn't address each problem. That kind of technical transparency earns trust. Amber in the office is exceptional. Patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure every question got a real answer. I had many, and she never made me feel like I was being managed or rushed. Troy came out to service and adjust the system after a few weeks to "dial-in" the system based on our usage and was absolutely on point. He knew the equipment inside and out, made precise adjustments, and communicated clearly about what he was doing and why. You could tell immediately you were dealing with someone who takes real pride in his craft. Clark handled the plumbing and upgrade work. His installation was simply phenomenal.   Communication prior to the appointment was frequent. Nice reminders of the appointment were sent and a message was sent when tech was on his way. Tech tested water and RO faucet first. Then tested equipment and found the problem. He informed me of the problem, showed pictures, and provided me with the plan of action. Repair quickly made, RO tested to ensure there were no other issues. Tech asked if I had any additional questions and went on his way. Fortunately, I have a service agreement, so there was no cost for the visit or new piece of equipment.
