I’ve had four companies visit and this is the first tech who actually understands our system. Some tried, didn't overcharge, but couldn't fix the issue. Some blatantly lied about the cost to fix the problem. Some were simply unable to figure it out as they had no experience with this system. The tech from PECO understood and remedied an unusual issue until it finally worked correctly. THANK YOU!
