  Last year, I contracted with Renuity to put a polyurea coating down in my garage. I was quite pleased with the results, so decided to get a similar coating for my patio. I was initially satisfied with the patio as well, but after about 3 months or so, I noticed what looked like a circular stain and a streak in the finish. Also, it appeared that some of the coating was missing in the spacing in between the different sections of the patio where I thought there should be some. I made a warranty call to Renuity and was able arrange for an appointment to have someone come out and take a look. The company sent Brian out, who arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was professional and personable, and he inspected my patio. He couldn’t explain for certain the circular imperfection, but said that the streak looked like perhaps the previous installers accidentally dragged a tool through the finish. Brian’s decision was to put down a fresh new coating on the impacted portion of my patio, and he advised there would be no additional charge to complete the job, which took about 2 hours to complete. My patio now looks great again! And I told Brian I really appreciated that he took the time to do an excellent job of cleaning up and removing the excess flakes from my grass. The way that Renuity and Brian handled this is the way it’s supposed to be. They have a great product and outstanding customer service that respects the concerns of the customer and strives to achieve customer satisfaction. I’m happy with the work Renuity has done for me, and I highly recommend them. If you’re thinking about getting a coating for a space at your home give them a call. And ask for Brian!

  Had garage and shop floors done , 2 days make that 3 because of rain . Keith Joe and Sam did a wonderful job very pleased with their work.

  Listen, I met 3 of the most competent, Sweetest professionals that laid my lovely new Garage deck; JOE NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED NOW!!! I can’t wait to park in it again and get organized!!! TY Sam and Kieth! Big UPS for all the help; Means a lot to this Navy Vet!!!

  Our new garage floor looks great! It feels finished sort of like the difference you feel in your home when you have flooring instead of just sub flooring. Brian and Keith are two of the most polite young men I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Any business would be privileged to have them as employees.
