  Very pleased with my generator. Everyone was friendly and polite while installation occurred. People on phone answered questions and were very helpful. People doing installation showed up when they said they would. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend never dark Carolina’s!

  I could not ask for a better experience! We had a large project that took several days to complete. Genevieve would call me at the end of each day to go over what the guys had completed and the plan for the next day. They came every day until finished. Also the install crew went over with me where the generator would be located as well as where the transfer boxes and lines would be installed before they started. They did a great job making everything look as neat as possible. Every person I spoke with at Never Dark Carolinas was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a standby home generator.

  WOW! Never Dark was competitive (not the lowest) on the bids we requested. BUT - they were the only bid to be all inclusive. Turn key from Ms. Emily in sales to the generator in and running. Everyone was professional and efficient. The best praise I can give is: If I were to start a generator install business, Jason would be the first person I would try to hire. He would be closely followed by Emily, Kevin, Anthony and Rasad. Finally, we were given a completion date of November 1st - we were up and running by September 30th. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
