He does everything he can to help get you in a home no matter your circumstances. I couldn’t ask for a better sales rep during this process, I’d definitely recommend him any day of the week!
- DCdavid crupnickNov 23, 20252.0Michael and Patrick are helpful, and that is where it ends, the craftsmanship is beyond lacking, every room has something wrong with it, if you don’t want to fix it yourself or aren’t capable keep looking…I put my faith in the builders since I was buying from out of state, it took a few days living here to find something wrong with pretty much every room, Stanley cheaps out and charges you top dollar for things like fans without remotes so you can’t dim them or turn them on and off without using the wall switches, the door handles were falling off 3 days into ownership, the front door was painted by a 5 year old and the lock doesn’t work, I could go on but I’m still finding things that are either badly done or just lacking….i guess you get what you pay for isn’t just a saying

In my opinion, Mike is more than just a sales rep for SM, he genuinely cares about others, respects others situations and tries to help. The community is built at a reasonable size to not feel "tract homey" , it's affordable and in a good location :) We need more reps like Mike. I feel more families would buy more homes with a guy like him as the rep.
