My builder, Adrian Burroughs, whom I met on the day of the walkthrough, maintained clear and consistent communication, ensuring everything went smoothly even after closing. Adam Steptoe guided me through the home inspection, answered all my questions, and ensured every detail met my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Whenever an issue arose, they had the answers and worked efficiently to resolve it. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness were truly outstanding. This is my third home purchase and second new build, and by far, this has been my best experience. Additionally, their realtor, Sheena Cleaver, was fantastic—friendly, communicative, and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Stanley Martin for anyone looking for a top-tier home-buying experience.
- AGAntonio GeterJul 28, 20211.0Our experience started our great. Here we are 16 months later and I am just ready to get the process over with. Communication has been subpar. We haven’t had any delays with receiving supplies but there has been delay after delay with getting the work done. Every other builder is completing homes with in a year time frame and it seems that Stanley Martin is hiring the cheapest subcontractors that they can find. Half of the time they done show up and when they do…the half work. The neighborhood managers say “hired contractors are above their pay grade”. Little to no work on contracted homes but yet they continue to expand new phases and start new neighborhoods in hopes of collecting new buyers. Their greed clearly surpasses their homebuyer interest.
