  I was planning on leaving for a long road trip yesterday morning. While packing the car in the garage at 6 AM I discovered that my 13-year-old water heater had breathed its last breath. I called R.S. Andrews a few minutes after they opened and spoke with a very proficient in professional staffer, who assured me that their plumbing technician would be on site within the hour. Paul arrived 45 minutes later ready to diagnose my problem. Paul was knowledgeable, experienced and extremely professional. I had purchased a new unit and had it installed within four hours of my original phone call. Excellent in every way. Thank you R. S. Andrews for a job extremely well done.

  Terrible experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Tech, Austin, was great. First, a $119 "show up" fee is bad enough, but then to give what can only be explained as an extortionary quote was just too much. So a customer needs an immediate repair and you gouge him because he needs something now. Predatory pricing and business practices. One of the worst examples of this I have seen. It was so bad that I chose to just do without my gas stove and wait for a reasonable business to be able to work me in rather than pay R.S. Andrews. I will never hire them for anything nor recommend them to anyone.

  Connor with RS Andrews was absolutely outstanding during our after-hours plumbing emergency. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way as he worked through the issue. It’s not easy dealing with emergencies late in the day, but Connor handled everything with confidence and clear communication, which made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciated his dedication and the quality of his work. Highly recommend Connor and the RS Andrews team!

  Justin Hansen did an amazing job in immediately diagnosing initial problem with my air conditioning. He also found a second problem (lack of maintenance on an older air handler on my behalf) and gave me a few no pressure suggestions. I will request him for future work.

  My AC isn’t working again after I just paid for a service call About two Or three weeks ago and I’m so sick of paying for a service that doesn’t actually get done. It’s just a temporary Band-Aid. It’s like it’s designed to cut out so they can stay in business. I’ve paid for this service call to be fixed so many times that I’m fed up There is nothing reliable about the system that I have received from RS Andrews except that I’ll be paying for another service call except this time I won’t be because I’ve already paid for a service to be taken care of that clearly is not taken care of.
