  First time using Temperature Pro to troubleshoot our HVAC. Eric and Chas were very professional and helpful, explaining and answering questions regarding our issue.

  During the one and ONLY snowy day and following 20F temperatures the next morning (2-1-2026); TemperaturePro came on a SUNDAY for Half the service call price others offered. As if that wasn't enough we were lucky enough to blessed with Eric Aldridge from TemperaturePro. He explained what triggered the problem; he did NOT even suggest that we pay for something we didn't need. They offer an extremely well priced "maintenance" policy which includes a check and air filter replacement....if I had purchased the reasonably priced service to begin with, the emergency service call would not have been required! I don't leave reviews here that often....it's been 18 months at least; so trust me when I say that you can trust these guys with your HVAC needs. I edited this post because I recently reviewed and signed up for one of their extremely reasonably priced yearly maintenance plans. And as my attached picture suggests, Eric also was very good with any other "best friends" sharing your house. 😉 Adam Old Towne Bluffton

  We recently had TempPro install a new HVAC system. We got quotes from three companies which had good reviews on the island. TempPro stood out as they provided various options for installation and seemed like they actually wanted our business. The thing that has most impressed me is their responsiveness. Each time both before and after installation that I have reached out to them, I’ve received a response within a reasonable time. They also arrive when they say they will. I feel like I know the people at the company which is rare these days. Thank you to Miguel, Anthony, Jose and the rest of the team.
