We consider the service we received to be beyond a 5-star rating. I would like to begin by admitting that the concrete floor in this area presented some challenges which another company had previously refused to take on before we contacted Coastal Floors. So my husband and I were thrilled when Peyton assured us that this would not be a problem for her exceptional team of installers. She was right...The men who came to install our new carpet were punctual and highly skilled. They took great care in making sure that the seam was barely visible and the carpet was stretched properly so as to prevent wrinkles. We were also impressed with the effort they put into the cleanup process after the job was completed. In summary, I would say that we would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Floors to anyone who is looking to a flooring company for a good product, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing. Our new sunroom now has a cozy feel to it. The beautiful new carpet that we had installed has been the source of many compliments and has it has certainly added to our enjoyment of this new living space in our home!
