  We have used Cabinets to Go for 4 kitchens. While we like the quality of the product, the customer service is terrible. You can leave a message and no one returns your call. That happened to us more than once. We even talked to the sales people in the showroom and were promised a call letting us know what was happening. Never happened. Installation was a nightmare taking over 3 and a half months to complete a simple kitchen and bathroom vanities. Items were missing and it took forever to get them to come back to finish . Trash and building materials were left in the apartment which complicated painting and floor repairs. Communication with the installer, when they actually contacted us, was last minute and sporadic. We went into the showroom because we had not heard from the installer as to when they were going to finish. We talked to an area manager who happened to be there and were promised a call back. Never happened. We had to initiate every contact with the installation team. We used our own contractor on two of the kitchens and would recommend doing that versus the CTG installers. Again, the product is very good but the customer service was not worth the 3 months of hassles.

  Ryan and Carmine were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone! They offered me various options for small space and ended up saving me money, too! I used them in 2011, now again in 2026, and would use them again!

  I would absolutely NOT use this company. I was told they were of wood, made in the USA whereas after purchasing I discovered they are produced in China with plastic rod brackets holding the rods. They continually shatter and all my clothes crash to the floor. Even the extra design planning fee that I paid extra for was faulty and the worst yet… the height of the prefabricated rods is so short that all the clothes drag and are wrinkled. Maybe they are measured to a Chinese persons height. I continue to live the nightmare daily as I await more brackets from China that are made out of thin plastic and spray painted to look like metal. I regret ever doing business with this company🥲

  Product is decent. Procedure is horrible. Dragged out because they didn't pay the countertop installers, added 3 weeks to a 3 month lack of communication. Had them measure the space for the design and was told I couldn't fit certain things, ok. Go to install what they suggested and all the gaps were perfect fits for extra cabinets i wanted. So had to order more and wait again. Have seen a lot of people talk about damaged product and fortunate none of mine was, but i have extra parts they ordered that i dont need. Doing it over I would go with other options of people to work with that I was referred to
