  Ever heard of "You get what you pay for?" Couldn't have been a more honest saying for this company. We tried to help out the smaller business and go with the more budget friendly quote, but in this case, I would have been better off paying a more reputable and professional company than Carolina Heating & Cooling. Let me start off by saying I paid in full up front for the new unit which included a full install. That was my mistake, as the other 4 businesses I had received quotes from required payment after the full install, but Josh assured me that with him having such a small business he could not afford to pay for our equipment up front and that we could pay 60% down and 40% after, which is exactly what I should have done in hindsight. But we all want to have hope in the "little guy" don't we? After a week of multiple excuses why he has not finished the work I realize that the lack of communication and professionalism from this company is the reason why we should never try and save a dollar because in the end you will end up disappointed. Buyer Beware of this Company! If you don't mind incomplete work, lack of communication, and a whole lot of excuses then this may be your place! Choose wisely.

  Replace our AC and air handler. Cleaned up after themselves. Was done in a timely manner. Need a new AC call Carolina heating & cooling

  Josh, install our HVAC system he did a excellent job. He is professional and man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone who need a new system. He had really good prices. He also respond in a timely matter.

  Called 4 times over a 2 week period, spoke to Joe initially and after that always ended up with Josh. Josh did not return calls, never showed when he said he would. On the 5th call, I again got the same and when I confronted him about the past phone calls and promises, he told me to have someone else fix the system, hung up on me and then blocked my calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, AT LEAST NOT Josh
