  I am so happy I called Premier Restoration for a water leak that caused damage in my bathroom and basement. They came quickly to assess the damage and the mitigation team did a great job checking for moisture damage and setting up fans quickly. I was impressed with the number of pictures they took to document the process for the insurance company. I want to give a big shout out to the project manager, Frank. He went above and beyond through the whole process. He was professional, honest, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed when workers were coming and communicated with my insurance adjuster as needed. Frank offered suggestions and was patient with all of my questions. I appreciate his attention to detail and his caring attitude to make a difficult situation less stressful.

  Great experience from top to bottom. From them coming out to give a quote to Shawn doing the actual work. Every step of the way they explained the process and made sure my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

  We had a water heater pipe leak and flood our basement, and we required emergency services to come and mitigate the damage late in the night. Response time was very quick. Jess, Doug, and Ethan were all great to work with and provided excellent communication about the process while also giving frequent updates along the way. We are still in an intermediary stage in regards to our insurance and are awaiting review for reconstruction, but so far our experience with Premier Restoration has been good.
