  I am only able to recommend Premier Restoration for the water and mold clean up. Ethan and Zeke did a fantastic job. I am not able to recommend the reconstruction service. We were left without hot water or a place to bathe in our home from August to October. The reconstruction was not completed and the hot water heater was not installed to code. They pulled out before completing the job. Furthermore, items they said were completed and for which I was charged were not done i.e., texturizing and smoothing the walls and setting cabinets. I have had to hire out persons to mud and sand walls and to paint and to finish grouting the floor and also to hire out plumber to complete installation. This is after I have paid them almost my entire insurance amount received.

  I'm very glad that I called Premier Restoration. I found mold in my kitchen & Ethan and his team Doug & Jess came out quickly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very hard working. They also took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!!

  Project manager Frank and water mitigation manager Ethan can be trusted to do right for their clients. I can attest their are people in this industry that do not care about the clients but the $$. My damage was from Hurricane Helene. 170 year oak tree fell on 25% of my home.

  Antes que entren a su casa informense bien,ellos hacen firmar un documento que lo comprometen a pagar si el seguro no paga,llegaron a casa a colocar deshumidificadores,se hablo con wendi el costo del uso de esos equipos y respondio tranquilo que eso lo paga el seguro despues vinieron a destruir todo sin aprobacion del inspector asegurando que ese era el procedimiento .enviaron una cuenta de cobro inflada al seguro el cual no aprobo,hicieron cargos a la factura de cosas que no hicieron tengo videos de ese trabajo,vinieron destruyeron y se fueron,inflaron los precios de reparacion el cual el seguro no aprobo,estimaron la reparacion por 44K y el seguro lo estimo en 26K incluyendo la mitigacion cuyo cobro fue +$11K .El seguro solo aprobo +$6K y me enviaron a cobranza por el excedente.Les estoy solicitando un recibo por el balance y aun no lo recibo.Asi que mucho cuidado con esa compañia.No entiendo como State Farm les da informacion errada a esa compañia de los asegurados siendo esta confidencial.Me suena a fraude

  The folks at Premier (thank you Troy, Michael, Jaron, Paige!!) were very professional, quick to respond all along the way, genuinely helpful, and able to turn a very difficult circumstance (pervasive smoke damage) into something manageable. In particular, Jaron S. compiled and submitted a revised estimate for repairs to our insurance company which was much more detailed and complete. Since I chose to be my own General Contractor for the repair work, Jaron and team’s hard work enabled me to pocket a substantially larger claim check than what the insurance company originally offered! I made two follow up calls after the cleaning job was finished and both times Premier’s team was quick to respond to my concerns.
