Response time was very quick. Jess, Doug, and Ethan were all great to work with and provided excellent communication about the process while also giving frequent updates along the way. We are still in an intermediary stage in regards to our insurance and are awaiting review for reconstruction, but so far our experience with Premier Restoration has been good.

We were met with not the customer service we would expect when we reached out. The tech that came onsite did not impress me at any point. After the water was pumped out the tech popped and broke the waterline again. They called in a plumber to come fix that night. Ethan then came by after that due to the issues we had. He put the equipment in the area correctly and covered the area. I will say if it wasnt for Ethan I wouldnt ever recommend this company. Ethan came in with great customer service and manors.
