We discovered a leak in our basement ceiling and they were there the next day after the plumbers wrapped up to start the water mitigation. It took longer than usual to dry but the team was diligent & punctual on every trip to check progress. They even sent someone out after we found some additional mold. Sean & Jess were great to work with and we would highly recommend this team! They were even great and understanding with our dogs!!

They were genuinely the most responsive, respectful, and helpful people. They turned a very stressful situation around - I can't express enough how great they were to work with. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I'd call them in a heartbeat. Jaron from the renovation team is also amazing, while they haven't put everything together again yet I know I'm in great hands.

- CPC PNov 20, 20252.0I am only able to recommend Premier Restoration for the water and mold clean up. Ethan and Zeke did a fantastic job. I am not able to recommend the reconstruction service. We were left without hot water or a place to bathe in our home from August to October. The reconstruction was not completed and the hot water heater was not installed to code. They pulled out before completing the job. Furthermore, items they said were completed and for which I was charged were not done i.e., texturizing and smoothing the walls and setting cabinets. I have had to hire out persons to mud and sand walls and to paint and to finish grouting the floor and also to hire out plumber to complete installation. This is after I have paid them almost my entire insurance amount received.
