    We've just move into our new place (during an unusually cold weather pattern) and were having problems with the thermostat. Contacted First Choice and were told that a tech would be out within a certain time frame. True to their word, John M arrived as expected. He was professional, courteous, friendly and patient answering my questions as he worked. He got our problem straightened out rather quickly and did a thorough inspection of the entire system. I now have a much better feel for the state of function of our HVAC system and what we need to be aware of going forward. I highly recommend First Choice for your HVAC needs.

    I recently bought a house that had a 2-year-old heat pump. When it got cold out it was cutting out after a couple of minutes of working, when I called around First Choice was the first one that was able to come out. There was a thermostat miscalibration they caught pretty quick and I was also requesting a quote on a furnace since I have natural gas available. I wasn't happy with the amount of heat my 10kw heat strip was putting out when it was cold so I went ahead with the furnace and new air conditioner. It was a little more than I would have liked to spend but got a few other quotes and they were right in line with everyone else and I like the equipment specs that they were using. Christian and Dylan did my install and they had a very good attitude seems like they did a nice job. There was a few little hiccups but Trevor got them straightened out quickly and I would not hesitate to recommend them and continue using them. Thanks again First Choice!

    Zach came out for a service call in January after our concern over the noise from our heat pump. He took his time to look everything over and to let us know what was normal to be hearing and what we needed to replace soon. He also gave us options for a warranty which we did take for the system. He was awesome at explaining everything and very personable. Didn’t make me feel pressured into anything. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very happy with his visit and will request him every time now. Thank you Zach for taking care of us today!
