    First choice is a wonderful option in the Pee Dee for heating and air needs. They sent Kevin out to diagnose my system, he arrived in a timely manner and the entire time he was professional and made sure I was well informed of the repairs needed. I firmly believe that when the owner of the company still gets out and gets his hands dirty, you’re in good hands. I opted for their maintenance membership and will certainly be using them for any future hvac needs and refer them to others.

    My technician, Josh explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be done and the problems I have with my current system. So, instead of fixing a system and throwing good money after bad I decided to get a top of the line variable speed 5 ton totally new HVAC system. Zach and the other techs were excellent. I couldn't be happier.

    Josh was extremely kind and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. I called them to get my unit looked at on a Saturday and within an hour he was there

    Zack arrived on time and let me know he was enroute. Replaced a defective heat plate in the lower unit in the crawl space. Showed me pictures of the before and after. Looked like he did an excellent job.

    I got to my mother's today for Christmas and her thermostat had somehow lost the program. I contacted Kevin the owner from first choice heating and Air and he sent someone right out to take care of it on Christmas Day! Great company and great customer service! I wouldn't even consider using anyone else
