Our technician, Oscar Rodriguez, was awesome. He came out on a weekend afternoon, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. A few days later, we had a completely unrelated problem with our system, and within a day of speaking with their office, a technician, William Ray Roush, was dispatched. Mr. Roush was extremely polite, clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing, and the work was completed sooner than expected. Carolina Custom Air is definitely who you want working on your home!

They're all very thorough and do a great job explaining everything and taking the time to do so. I'm not happy with all repairs on the new Trane units, but I'm glad I now have CCA to service them and that they have technicians like Marcos and Jamaal.
