I have called their Awendaw office numerous times in the past 2 weeks to speak with the installation manager (Dale Morris) and the Director of operations (Chris Blevins) and I have not received a single return call. If management doesn’t have the common courtesy and business etiquette to return phone calls, I can only imagine how they run the day to day business operations and treat all their customers. I owned & operated every level of a very successful, multi tiered, Multimillion dollar HVAC business for over 3 decades in Florida, so I 100% understand how important it is to return phone calls which is actually one of the easiest tasks in doing business. I am still waiting for a courtesy return phone call My recommendation to anyone seeking services from CCA is to think twice before getting too involved with this shady company.
