  I’m disappointed with the service I received. The company finished my drain field but failed to hook the French drains back up correctly. This caused significant problems, and I had to pay another company to correct their work. For the price and the importance of the job, I expected much better quality and accountability.

  Tyler was extremely thorough. Efficient at his job. Took his time to answer all questions I had so I understood things about septic systems. I’m much more knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter. I will be using them for all our septic needs.

  Don't use this company unless you just want to give your money away. We had sewage coming up from where the lid to our septic tank is, so we called these folks. We were told they could come but it'd be after 4, so it be an extra $90. We asked to make sure they'd be able to fix whatever problem we had if they came out same day cause otherwise we'd save the $90 and wait til in the morning if they wouldnt be able to fix it til then anyway. We were told they would be able to, so we agreed. They come out, the guy says it'll be $566 and some change to dig it up and tell us what's wrong with it. He digs it up and says he cant tell us what is wrong until it is pumped which is another $465. Also tried selling us a riser and aerator for $6400 even though they couldn't even address the issue we called them out for. We also mentioned the flapper on our toilet had been acting up and they offered to fix it for another $500. We declined that and fixed it ourselves for $5 and 5 minutes of our time. We still had to pay the $566 even though they had done nothing for us. Believing they would finally be able to tell us what's wrong and fix it, we agreed to have them come out the next morning and pump it. Surprise, surprise still said they cannot tell us what's wrong because we would need to xray for the drain cause they dont even know where it is. Once again tried pushing the riser and aerator without being able to address our issue. No idea what is causing it to not drain properly but for $6400 we can make their job easier everytime we have to call them back up here cause they arent actually going to fix the problem. Anyway, $1000 and we are in the same position we were in before calling them. We spoke with the branch manager about the issues we have experienced and was told they could refund us $367 for the initial visit and it would be back in our account in a couple of days. Still have not received it after a week. Save your peace of mind and wallet, and call someone else. These people will take advantage of you.

  I recommend you call Roto Rooter. We have had Roto Rooter come out twice in a year and a half due to 2 seperate issues. Between those two visits we worked with 3 different associates who were excellent. We really appreciate the thorough job that was done. The first job included them digging out two 80 foot main sewer lines that collapsed, and replacing it with a new one. The second job was a drain cleaning in part of the main sewer line. They were cost effective even though the second issue happened on a Saturday night around midnight they were able to get us on the schedule Sunday morning for a reasonable price. They even referred us to a good and prompt restoration company for indoor damage repairs.
