  I rented a hydraulic dump trailer and a tow behind lift. Johnathan was my initial contact person. He was very helpful and in making the necessary reservation for the equipment. When it came time to get the equipment, I simply went to the desk, he was there, and activated the rentals for pickup. I got the trailer first and lift second. A yard service person assisted me getting the equipment. When it came time to get the lift a quick overview of operation was provided. When I got the lift home and put the lift into operation difficulty arose; that was on a Friday. I called Johnathon for assistance, and he sent Nicholas out to help. I actually ended up calling for help three times in the week of rent. Jonathon was instrumental in getting me help quickly. Nicholas was very patient with me and seem to understand my needs. He was able to get the lift level and operational. The equipment was due back on the following Monday, and when I was discussing a possible extension for rent Brian go involved and suggested that I spend a little more money and keep the equipment for another week. I was very happy spending a little for money and getting the bigger bang for my buck. In the following week I continued to have issues, and it was Nicholas on the scene again, but he was instrumental getting me back in the bucket and be productive. I believe United Rentals gave me the service and assistance needed to get the job done. I am most appreciative Johnathan, Brian, and Nicholas were there to provide a great rental experience!

  United rentals is extremely unprofessional and has no regard to the community. I was planning to call them for their services this week but after they sped through the Wendy’s drive through, almost plowing over my child and then proceeding to “flip us the bird” they will not be getting our service. Nor will my husband who contracts custom bathrooms be getting any sub contracts from them. I sincerely hope this is a learning experience for the company and they choose to put the safety and love of the community first from now on.
