They came out on the same day after a panicked afternoon call around 3:30 and fixed it. I had a next day issue that was promptly fixed by Bobby! Wasn’t techs’ fault, it was oddly built plumbing. Great service both times!!

Roto-Rooter went over the price before starting any work and made sure I understood everything. They also showed up promptly when three other companies said it would be later in the day. I was very impressed with both the crew and management and would highly recommend them.
