The office called to schedule a time for the afternoon of the following week, giving me plenty of notice and accommodating my schedule. The only semi-issue is I was away from the house and they showed up in the morning instead of the afternoon. I didn't need to be there, but I was planning to move the patio furniture before they got there. The guys ended up moving it for me and put it back as well! Issue solved. My driveway was stained from the red dirt that South Carolina is famous for and my house just had a layer of grime from the elements. It feels like I have a new house! This is the second time I've used Matkins, once directly and once through my builder and had great results both times!
