They either told me they didn't understand the system or they gave me an exorbitant price. When the man from Henry's showed up, I explained the problem and within minutes he identified a simple solution to the problem. Simply relocating the thermostat to another wall eliminated their need for any extensive wiring and the issue was resolved for a very reasonable amount of funds and within a short time. I would give these people a 10 star rating if it was possible. Top notch service. I will use them again.
