  We were very impressed with the thoroughness of the Cobb team. They did an excellent job and were very attentive to our needs. They were on time each day of the installation and explained each and every step of the process. We would definitely recommend Cobb for any crawlspace need.

  I cannot be happier. We have an 1887 home with a crawlspace that had an odor which made me want to move. The odor began in a closet then moved to two rooms. I couldn't stand it any longer. My husband said to call someone and if we can't get rid of it we would sell. Trust me he doesn't want to move! I had seen a Cobb Crawlspace vehicle in the Lowes parking lot last year, took a pic and hung on to it. I called, got an estimate and is now complete. It was a fungi/mold problem. They did an amazing job. No longer have an odor....husband is happy we aren't moving. Cale was the best!!! Very nice, friendly, respectful of property and myself, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you Cale and Cobb Crawlspace.

  Cobb Crawlspace Repair did an excellent job. Cale was polite and professional with the quote. Corey, Nick, and Brock did a great job on the install. Lisa and Cheyenne were prompt with followups and insuring the team would be on site on time. Overall I highly recommend Cobb Crawlspace to anyone needing crawlspace repairs from as simple as a moisture barrier to a full encapsulation as I went for.   I interviewed 3 companies and chose Cobb Crawlspace Repair LLC to do a commercial building that has a dug in crawlspace and a 1935 Bungalow. There was a team for each project. I did not get a chance to meet the team working on the 1935 home, but I did meet the other team. I could communicate easily with them because they were all True Americans. I am pleased with the work and with the communication from the office. Lisa was phenomenal! She called me every day letting me know the progress of each project. Andrew and his wife, Sarah Cobb are a great team, and they have built a reliable waterproofing business.
