Darren, who is the owner, honored my request and arrived at my home on a Saturday.morning. he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well as answered all of my questions. He discussed each product with me and worked with me to ensure that I got the product that I wanted that was in my budget. When my blinds arrived, his office Manager Jay called me to ask when would I like fir them to come out. We set it up and Justin, who is the installer arrived and was very professional and friendly as well. Justin removed all.of my old mini blinds and replaced my new blinds and I was so surprised that it made such a huge difference. I lived the finished product. Justin was great, hauled away all.of the trash and the old blinds. I am truly a satisfied customer and will refer family and friends to this company. Thank you so much.
