- PBPaul BDec 20, 20233.0Was told the order would be in the following Tuesday. Thursday came and no call in the status. I had to call them to find out it would be another week. When it finally came in and I was in the back picking up the order one of the sales girls kept coming back and interrupting the gentleman trying to get my order together. That was very annoying. Not a very good experience with this company.

The lady sat behind her counter the whole time telling us this and that about tile but never offered to walk us around and show us the different types they sold. We know nothing about tile and was looking for someone to help us decide what the best options were. The only things she did for us was give us some good numbers for different contractors. Thanks Clayton Tile 🙄
