  My experience with Kimball’s was excellent. They were available within 24 hours, arrived early (with notice, of course), completed the entire job within an hour, and charged a reasonable amount. I would definitely use them again. Our technician, Dan, was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job communicating to me where he was in the process, what he was going to do to fix the issues, and what I needed to know after.

  Arrived on time and got the job done. What more can you ask for? Hannah was very nice on the phone end and so were Tayler and Hunter who came to my house. Tayler did most of the hands on work. The were also very nice and courteous.

  We had a great experience working with Kimballs! Hunter and Derrick were both professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Not only did they complete the electrical work seamlessly, but they also took the time to clean up and help put our displays back—something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend their services!

  James and Luis did a great job of getting to the root (pun intended) of our drainage problem. Thank you for coming so quickly and getting us an estimate for the repair. I will say that, we were told $200 an hour but not that it would be two people and per person. The service was still good, just a little more than expected.

  Wanted to give a positive review for Dan and Taylor with Kimballs Plumbing. Had an issue with a clogged bathroom sink that wouldn't drain despite my best efforts. Also had an unidentified minor leak coming from the shower into the crawl. Dan and Taylor were able to unclog the sink and identify a simple fix for the shower. I have used these guys for several issues, and they have always shown up on time, fixed the issues and explained what the problem was. Highly recommend.
